Member area
This website provides an interface to the LionsBase of MD102 in the specially protected members' area, which contains information on the members of the Lions clubs of MD102. Members of Lions clubs in the MD102 catchment area may contact the LionsBase Master of their respective club or district regarding data protection issues related to their club membership.
Basis and purpose of the processing
We use your data for the purpose of processing your orders in the webshop, processing your registrations for events or for the respective purposes stated during data collection. By providing your data, you consent to the data processing described. The processing and forwarding is carried out in connection with such contract processing, in accordance with a consent given by you or on the basis of legal provisions (Art. 6 in conjunction with Art. 30 f. DSG or Art. 6 DSGVO).
When processing personal data that is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 31 (2) a DSG or 6 (1) b DSGVO serves as the legal basis.

Data deletion and storage period
The personal data of the data subject shall be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies. Storage may also take place if this has been provided for by the legislator in ordinances, laws or other regulations to which the person responsible is subject. If data processing on our website is based on your consent, you can revoke this at any time without giving reasons for the future (Art. 6 para. 6 DSG or 21 DSGVO). In order to process your requests to exercise your rights, it may be necessary for you to identify yourself so that we can clearly identify you.
In Switzerland, there is no right of appeal to a supervisory authority. If the GDPR applies, there is a right of appeal to the competent data protection supervisory authority (Art. 78 GDPR).
