1. SCOPE / GENERAL
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services of the online store as well as to all other order options currently provided by the Lions Clubs of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, Hermesbühlstrasse 23, CH-4500 Solothurn, hereinafter referred to as "Lions Switzerland". In this context, Lions Switzerland reserves the right to amend the GTC at any time. The changes come into force immediately with the publication on www.lions.ch / https://shop.lions.ch.
The offers of physical products (e.g. Lions Supplies) of this online store are limited to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
2. ORDER AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
All orders are placed via https://shop.lions.ch, after the customer has registered and accepted these GTC.
After placing the order, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail. Only with the confirmation of the order a contract between the customer and Lions Switzerland is concluded. Lions Switzerland is free to reject orders without giving reasons and to refuse their confirmation.
The products on www.lions.ch / https://shop.lions.ch are illustrated and described as well as possible. However, possible deviations from the delivered products can not be excluded. Errors, which refer to the product descriptions and illustrations, remain reserved.
All products are generally excluded from exchange. Subsequent changes of already confirmed orders are not possible. Defects must be claimed within 10 days after receipt of the products. Otherwise, the products are considered accepted as faultless. Hidden defects must be claimed immediately after their discovery at the office (see 8. Customer service and complaints).
If an ordered product cannot be delivered despite confirmation, the customer will be informed by Lions within three working days after becoming aware of it. The payment made will be refunded to the customer and no subsequent delivery of the products will be made. Claims for non-delivery or late delivery are fully excluded.
Registration may only be carried out by persons over the age of 18. The registration is free of charge. There is no right to admission to the online store. When registering, the official name and address of the customer must be provided. The delivery address for physical products is freely selectable within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
The prices published at www.lions.ch / https://shop.lions.ch apply, which are stated in Swiss francs, including VAT.
The customer can use all payment methods that are offered at www.lions.ch / https://shop.lions.ch. Payment in the form of cash or against invoice is not possible.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
6.1 SHIPPING OF THE ORDER
Delivery of ordered items of a physical nature (e.g. Lions Supplies) will be sent directly to the person and delivery address provided by the customer in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein by Swiss Post AG. Items such as tickets will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the customer.
6.2 DELIVERY TIMES AND COMPLIANCE WITH DELIVERY DEADLINES
Lions Switzerland endeavors to meet all delivery times. However, all delivery times announced by Lions Switzerland are for guidance only. The non-observance of the delivery times does not result in a claim for cancellation of the contract or compensation. If Lions Switzerland or the delivery partner is not able to deliver a confirmed order, Lions Switzerland is not obliged to deliver otherwise. The customer is not entitled to any compensation.
6.3 DELIVERY FEES / SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein are included in the price.
For quality and security reasons, Lions Switzerland endeavors to deliver goods by Swiss Post AG whenever possible. The terms and conditions of the Swiss Post AG apply. Lions Switzerland does not assume any liability for possible delays in delivery by Swiss Post AG.
6.5 CANCELLATION OF THE DELIVERY
If a successful delivery is not possible or only possible under difficult conditions for reasons for which Lions Switzerland is not responsible, Lions Switzerland is free to cancel the order. Any claim of the customer for damages or real compensation is fully excluded.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
Should parts of these GTC prove to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Swiss law is exclusively applicable. The place of jurisdiction is Solothurn.
